I replied to this question on the other post. I'll just write it out here too:)
3/15 means a 3% discount if paid in 15 days.
2/30 means a 2% discount if paid in 30 days.
n/45 is your limit for DEMAND for payment.  This "n" does NOT mean the same as the 3 or 2 in the previous two items:)
