So I was trying to figure out this question. I differentiated first and tried to make my result be equal to 2x-3, but I stil haven't got any luck in finding the values of t.

i don't see how are you going to use derivatives here... don't you simply solve the system to find the intersecting point ?

Hmm, well it was under Calculus so I guessed I had to use differentiation
