SO basically i'm having trouble with this problem. at First I thought it was a bi-conditional statement. Now that i've looked forward through the problem I it doesn't even seem logical. Not to mention i dont understand the second im suppose to give at all either. Any pointers? I'm kind of stumped on this problem.
