Which of the following is an example of improved functioning as related to the benefits of muscular strength and endurance training
muscular strength would be where you are able to lift more, like for an example my goal is to deadlift 65 lbs and get it to my chest and until then i still have muscular strength well i am working towards it but every movement i do that i am challenging myself to do more is making me stronger. muscular endurance is just where you are able to do something for a period of time at a rate. or prob. like a long goal set but they both have long goal sets because it takes time to see and get reaults but endurance is where you would do it for a longer period of time with reps rather than using more weight and less reps and sets.
so if i were to improve muscular strength in that criteria i would know by the time i got the bar to my chest or above my head. like when something isnt possible to reach in a goal then you build yourself up to get to that point that would be strength, endurance is like where you can do a weight for a period of time
