how do you find the height for this problem 115m= -4.905(2)^2

OpenStudy (surry99):

you are missing part of the equation

OpenStudy (lexy148):

i did a project and i have the angle the distance, tiime and mass nd i dont know how to find the height

OpenStudy (surry99):

The general equation for motion in the y direction (height) is: y = yo + Voyt + 1/2 gt^2 Does this look familiar to you?

OpenStudy (surry99):

What were your values for angle etc.?

OpenStudy (lexy148):

no it dosnt look familiar and angle 37, time 2sec, distance 115m, mass 667.1g

OpenStudy (surry99):

your distance does not look correct...115 meters? Check the units for this number please...my guess is it should be cm not m
