1. Don't eat bananas that aren't organic.
2. Wait for the bananas to ripen before eating.
3. When eating bananas chew completely before ingesting.
4. Eat and drink fermented foods to help make your digestive system and immune system strong. If your immune system is weak, then digestion will be weak and you will have problems like what you are describing.

Hmmm.... I wonder if the bana bread and muffins are really bananas or just osme sort of banana flavoring or extract. If so, they may not have the same component that causes the alergy.

It seems worth it to et tested for the alergy.

The user could be allergic to the pesticides and herbicides found in non-organic bananas. Experimentation with organic bananas using the guidelines I suggested is also an option. If after conducting the experiment, the user continues to experience the same symptoms, then he or she could get tested for some banana allergy.
