@bunnyzrockgirl idk anything about the Tecumseh but i can help in another way concerning this for example the Natives where just defending their territory since the colonies started moving towards the west and the U.S. wanted them to give up the lands by surrendering but the natives would defend it even if they were extremely out numbered with men, guns, cannons, etc. (natives did not really have guns or cannons making it much easier for the Americans to beat them)
