Please you have to apply this formula: \[y-g(3)=g'(3)*(x-3)\] so, being g(3)=4, and g'(3)=-7, we can write: \[y-4=(-7)*(x-3)\]: or: \[y-4=-7x+21\] finally: \[y=-7x+25\]
