I think the answer is hyperactive because it matches more of the symptoms that Ellie has.

"I believe Ellie has a hyperthyroid because a hyperthyroid has symptoms of weight loss, diarrhea, sleeping problems, and sweating, which matches a lot of the symptoms Ellie has." This is what I would put down, but who knows?
