Well do you think you are able to start a band? Are you confident enough? Do you have friends who can join you? Do you have any talents in playing instruments or singing/song writing?

It's your choice.  I know that my friends have tried to form a band but it never worked because we weren't serious enough about it.  It's kind of like getting married.  If you're gonna make that commitment, you should stick to it.  But like I said, if you want to then go for it, full speed ahead.  But there's a lot of work and responsibility to go with it.
