well I'd find the volume of the largest pyramid... 

look at the ratio of the heights... 18 is 3/4 of 24.... 

so I would expect you can take the volume of the large pyramid and multiply it by 

the cube of the linear ratio

thats the volume of the large pyramid

and that seems to make sense as the volume of the small pyramid...
