PLEASE HELP! I need a decent explanation :( Will medal. Problem: An inverted conical tank has a base radius of 10m and height of 20m. Water flows out from the tank at 150 liters per second. How fast is the water surface falling when the depth of water in the tank is 8m?

First I would want to convert 150 liters to cubic meters, 1 liter is .001 cubic meter, I believe that means we can say the rate of volume (V') is .150 cubic meter per second.
