How come, I help a lot of people, but my smart score doesn't change? why is that?

smart scores are relative, so you have to be helping more people than the people around you of the same smartscore in order to get a higher smartscore :P

yea, i have 54 but my problem solving is 42, my teamwork is 46 and my engagement is 47, why is that??
