Why isn't h(t) correct?

OpenStudy (fibonaccichick666):

which equation did you use real quick

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x = Xi + Vi(t) + -1/2a(t)^2 ?

OpenStudy (fibonaccichick666):

looks like v_i t+1/2at^2

OpenStudy (fibonaccichick666):

I'm betting it's cause they don't like your - sign before the 9.8 because there are no parentheses to make that multiplication

OpenStudy (fibonaccichick666):

so it's currently subtraction

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh. duh x.x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well that's not correct either :/

OpenStudy (fibonaccichick666):

hmm... i honestly don't know then. Unless they don't want the initial height taken into consideration
