Which technique would help alleviate stress

okay first of all when dealing with stress never drink caffeinated . The drug "caffeine" its self is used to "wind" people up. It raises heart rate and causes short unhealthy bursts of hyperactivity. The best way is to psychologically change what you are doing. Survey your situation and whats making you stressed and try to take unnecessary things and work at the things that are bothering you. Take a jog to release steady amounts of endorphins and then rest up. Nothing is worse then not sleeping when you stressed make sure to get at the least 8 hours a good amount is 12 but that may be unrealistic. Also im not a health expert so i can only answer this one other question and that's Diver. If you are a diver it means you are an experienced swimmer. You would have the endurance and muscle strength of a free-weigth lifter and a track runner and you would have very lean flexible muscles and not bulk muscles like a wrestler making it easier to be quick when running. *Sources from Internet
