If m = the weight of boxes that marco lifted, and each box that drew lifted was 8 lbs less than marcos boxes, then you would multiply the total number of boxes that drew lifted by the weight of marcos total boxes - 8

no, it has to be 14(m-8)
the m-8 only gives you the weight of one of drew's boxes, but we want to find the total weight of all of drew's boxes, thats why we multiply it by 14 (the number of boxes drew carried :)
