Hello! I'm a newbie here and at the top of the screen it is telling me to verify my email address, however when I go to my inbox, I see no email and I have pressed resend many times, but I still have yet to receive an email.

oh I just remember that this thing has happened before for many many people, usually it was back when they first tried to put in the email verification process...
we're supposed to tell them that they should email contact@openstudy.com with their username and problem :)
