i am aware of that i'm just trying to let my friends know i am not mad at them and everything is okay. My private chat still refuses to work so i want to let them know i'm not giving them the cold shoulder and thus avoid any problems.

so i hope you can understand that you can not count this as spam unless people decide to spam it. you may go on and on about the coc if you wish but where does the coc talk about letting your friends know your  private chat is not working if i could but unfortunately i cannot tag people.
