Determine which ordered pair in the form (a, b) is a solution of the given equation.4a – 5b = 24

Directrix (directrix):

I think there will be many ordered pairs (a,b) which are solutions to the given equation. You'll need to post the answer options. @Ramlalol

Directrix (directrix):

If a = 1, then b = -4. But, a could be any number, say 0, in which case b = -24/5 and so on.

(-2,-3) (0,7) (7,0) (-3,-2)

Directrix (directrix):

On first pass, I don't see that any of the points are solutions. Let's check.

Nnesha (nnesha):

you have order pair where ( x , y) value now replace x and y by there values if after solving you get both side equal then that is your answer

Nnesha (nnesha):

that suppose to be a and b instead x and y but same meaning

Nnesha (nnesha):

for example first pair |dw:1417073501809:dw| now solve
