I need help with a Mitochondria and Chloroplast Worksheet! The instructions say: If chloroplasts and mitochondria could only speak! Decide whether each quote could be stated by a chloroplast (label "C"), mitochondria (label "M"), or BOTH organelles (label "C,M").
7. My main goal is to produce a lot of ATP energy.

Both structures produce and utilize ATP, just depends how they utilize it and what they utilize it for.

Like in chloroplasts the process is a little different, they convert from ADT to ATP through a process called photophosphorilation. Mitochondria have a whole nother method of going about doing their business. Haha.
