Okay... minimum mostly*BY* censoring websites considered illegal by legislation such as child pornography and sites thought to be threats to our national security. <~ just add that word "by" to help the flow of the sentence... and I'll keep reading to see what else might need editing

*** = i believe this should be: sites

(#) = you should end that sentence there with a period, and capitalize "even" [just to avoid a run-on sentence] c:
