Trig: The area of a triangle is 50 square inches. Find the length of the side included between A = 45° and C = 110°.

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

got picture?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

of what?

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

of the triangle dunno what the "side included" is

OpenStudy (anonymous):

there are no sides included... this is why im stuck

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

hmmm i see shoot the segment linking A to C angles... hmmm

@sleepyjess

OpenStudy (anonymous):

anyone?

OpenStudy (daniel_chernioglo):

I think that this questions has an unnecessary part to it

OpenStudy (daniel_chernioglo):

The first sentence

OpenStudy (daniel_chernioglo):

You there?

OpenStudy (daniel_chernioglo):

Well we know that the all together, a triangle = 180 degrees

OpenStudy (daniel_chernioglo):

If we add A + C together, it = 155

OpenStudy (daniel_chernioglo):

when we subtract: 180 - 155, it = 25

OpenStudy (daniel_chernioglo):

So.. I think your answer would be → 25

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry im back

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no it doesnt ask for the other angle.. it asks for the side

OpenStudy (daniel_chernioglo):

sorry im not sure then :(
