involved upper body strength or anything that has alot of weight included but you dont want to go to hard for a beginner, it could hurt yourself and make an injury happen.
oh wait thats for strength.
you might want to do things on your own then, because its easier to gain endurance than strength
like you can get it by doing sets of whatever exercise like tricep ext. you would do it to where it wouldnt be heavy but you would do more sets and reps rather than just less
