I do know that the soldiers at valley forge Pennsylvania was facing a lot of trouble because of the harsh weather conditions. George Washington was the leader of the Continental Army and he was quite concerned with this. The French was soon coming with their help to the Patriots because they wanted to see the British lose their power.
