please you have to conjecture the equation below for your parabola: \[y=ax ^{2}+bx+c\] then you have to impose that your parabola passes through the three points indicated in your drawing, so you will find a system of three equations in three quantitties a, b and c. Soving that system you will find a, b and c, and after substitution you will get your equation

ok! If I substitute the coordinates of point (0,12) into the equation above, I get: \[12=a*(0)^{2}+b*0+c\] so: \[c=12\] that's the value of the coefficient c. Now, please try to substitute the coordinates of point (-1,0) into the above equation like I did before
