Write '5x+4=6, because x=-2' if then form, coverse, inverse and contrapositive form.

OpenStudy (phi):

can you write the if-then form ?

OpenStudy (phi):

It's easier if you use simple, "real" examples. For example, think about I got wet because it rained versus It rained because I got wet the first makes sense, the second not so much. the first one : I got wet because it rained should be easy to write in if-then form, right ? this will tell you which part (the part before "because" or the part after "because") goes with the if, and the other part goes with the then.

The problem does not include the if-then form.

OpenStudy (phi):

I think: Write '5x+4=6, because x=-2' if then form means they want you to interpret this "because form" in "if-then" form, right ?

yep, thank you! :)
