for the next box on #5, I'm getting 1.64485 which I guess it's pretty close to 1.65

you have the -2.58 right, but it's for box 3
you should have 2.58 for box 2
because the acceptance region is from -2.58 to 2.58 anything outside this region is the rejection region

I used a calculator to get 1.64485 (specifically I used the program Matlab), but yes you use a table if you don't have access to a calculator.
