Anyone know the matlab library for long numbers. like it has to be able to do long addition for more than 1000 digits, long multiplication and exponentiation also for 1000 digits and greater.

It's a free library of big integer matlab functions that anyone can download and use. Just follow the instructions. It's exactly what dan wants I think.
