What is the value of h when the function is converted to vertex form? p(x)=x^2-14x+29

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Rachella

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Vertex Form: \[(7,-20)\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You're amazing :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thank you!

Any other questions before I get off?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that may be the vertex, but it is not the "vertex form" \[p(x)=a(x-h)^2+k\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Rachella if your vertex is right, then the "vertex form" would be \[p(x)=(x-7)^2-20\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

since the question actually asks "what is \(h\)?" the answer would be \(7\)
