y = mx + b
-1 = (-3/2)(-6) + b
-1 = 9 + b
b = - 10

Then we have y = -3x/2 - 10

Mulitply both sides by 2

2y = -3x - 20

Add 3x to both sides

3x + 2y = -20

5. C(x) = 4x + 300

Plug 25 in for x

C(25) = 4(25) + 300
C(25) = 400
