simplify the expression 6n2-5n2+7n2 i know it equals 8n2 but what would this expression be in a simplified form ?
ok so they all have same varialbe and same exponent
variable **
so just combine like terms
i guess so ? i just put 6-5=1+7=8
6 -7 + 5 = ??
yes so that is your answer \[8n ^{2}\]
I believed that is already in simplified form, 8n2 Are they exponents?!
thats in simplified form
i feel stupid
nope you arenot
If they are exponents, then \(\rm 8n^2\) is the simplified form And no, you are not stupid :)
