I can't determine which function it would be, but probably some positive cubic function. The spacing between the points seems to be 1.0 (1 unit exactly).
The points have different changes in y between them, but the change in x is same. it is the aforementioned "1".

I would also take 15 minutes to type it, (perhaps), because I haven't ever done these questions, when I studied this. (maybe because it is too simple, once you know what you are asked -> the change in x).
But I never did this type of problems in my algebra.
