Does this sound ok for a narrative reflection?

I nodded my head in yes motion and looked out the window when my dad left. All I saw was the moon light and the stars. I laid there and thought what happened tonight. How I snuck out and how I had lied. It felt like my heart had fell to bottom of my stomach. I feel bad that I had lied to my parents. My OWN parents! Since I did, I am grounded for two months. I turned around and slowly drifted to sleep.
