well to start the number must be even... as 6 must be a factor... the digits must add to a multiple of 3 and 9 e.g. 63 digits add to 9 so 9 is a factor and 3 x 3 = 9 so 3 is a factor but its not even... so 6 isn't a factor. so the lowest common multiple is 18... so start with 18 and then go up by 18s until you have covered the range of your answers
