You are probably to young to vote or register for the draft so those ar out. 
Have you ever walked on a side walk instead of the middle of the street? Ever paid taxes on something you bought? Ever followed a policeman's orders? Ever spoken out about something in your community? Those are all civic duties. It shouldn't be hard to come up with a few senteces about one of those.
