These are the corrections I'm sure of:
Best needs to be lowercase because it's in the middle of a sentence and it's not a proper noun. New York and Annie need to be uppercase because they are proper nouns. Wear is the wrong word, it should be where. I'm pretty sure it's not correct to start a sentence with "and".
