You have to plug in the answers to do this one.
You know that:
1. Circumference of a circle- 2 pi r or pi d
2. Area- pi r^2
3. radius is half of the diameter
First plug in A-2
Circumference- 2 pi
Area- pi 1^2= 1pi
A is wrong
B-4
Circumference- 4 pi
Area- pi 2^2= 4 pi
B is the right answer
