\(\rm \color{#20bd23}{\dfrac{1}{3^{-1}}=~3}\) \(\rm \color{#20bd23}{\dfrac{1}{4^{-1}}=~4}\) \(\rm \color{#20bd23}{\dfrac{1}{5^{-1}}=~5}\) So that makes \(\rm \color{#20bd23}{\dfrac{1}{x^{-1}}=~x}\)

sammixboo (sammixboo):

Let's say x = 5 \(\rm \color{#20bd23}{\dfrac{1}{x^{-1}}=~?}\) \(\rm \color{#20bd23}{\dfrac{1}{5^{-1}}=~?}\) First solve the exponent, \(\rm \color{#20bd23}{5^{-1}}\), which is 0.2, so we have \(\rm \color{#20bd23}{\dfrac{1}{0.2}=~?}\) And \(\rm \color{#20bd23}{\dfrac{1}{0.2}=~5}\)
