How does food with proper nutrients benefit you?
it is kind of a long explanation, but it just helps you stay healthy like if i were to want to lose weight or whatever, become fit then if i made a diet/workout plan or just a diet plan then that would help me stay healthy rather than overweight, etc. but its best to find what nutrients you need like how many calories you should be eating, and what you should be eating because not all food will act the same way to others. like when you workout alot you can eat differently, and eat more fatty foods like fatty meats, etc. not like junk food but any kind of lean products.
