I always MEDAL and FAN!!! A tree from June's yard fell and demolished Benny's car. Benny is suing June for negligence of her property and damage to his property. Which of the following is correct? The trial would begin in a U.S. District Court for the circuit and go to the U.S. Supreme Court if either party challenges the verdict. The trial would begin in a state-level court of original jurisdiction and go to a state appellate court if either side appeals the case. The trial would begin in a state-level appellate court and go to the federal court of appeal if the verdict is challenged. . The trial would begin in a U.S. District Court for the circuit and go to the U.S. Courts of Appeal if either side appeals the case
Not all of it popped up
Okay sory i fixed it :)
B. :) It would start out at a local court with the landlord/owner of property at a state level court.
D i think
The trial would begin in a state-level appellate court and go to the federal court of appeal if the verdict is challenged
Because, he does have to sue her yes, but that doesn't mean she'll disagree that she's in the wrong. The verdict might not be challenged, and if it is it'd go to the federal court. The first hearing would be in a state level appellate court
