^Exactly. I wouldn't eat anything. With all the bouncing around, you'll get sick quickly - trust me.
You should eat fruit and drink water, it will energize you when you're doing gymnastics.
eat healthy stuff like fruit and maybe carrots! and stay hydrated

i think im level 1 and i had a ch ance to in the winter games but i didnt sign up . i've only been doing gymnastics for a few months.

im 14 i toke gymnastic when i was 5 for about a year i really liked it but my mom made me quit bc it was to far away and bc the teacher only had me and my sister and she kept on getting are names mixed up.
