okay, I will put it in words as simple as possible. :-)

you eat stuff. this stuff takes on a journey through your body. it is on the way enriched with fluids, starting with saliva, then bile juices, stomach acid and so on. most of the nutrients in the food are broken down and get into your blood.

the left-over stuff, that doesn't contain much nutrients anymore, is now in your colon where it gets dried out. the lump that remains is what we call 'poo'.

to sum up: poo is your food - nutrients - water + some left-overs from your bodily juices.
