How do i find the diploid and haploid number of a cell?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

think. Haploid. Hap. That is very similar to half. So haploid is half. SO based on this you can infer haploid is half of a diploid. You can find it out using the formula, 2h=d, with h being the number of the haploid.
