I am not sure about what exactly you need, because the question query is not so much clear to me but I got from the ones I can think of right away).

1)  Media and Internet affect on the future generations:  (bad affect most likely)
2)  Private school's power upon/towards the students should be limited!
3)  Increasing limitations on tobacco and other drugs.

One public issue nowadays that is a common subject it abortion. Many people think it shouldn't be allowed, and others think that they should kill their kids if they want to. You just pick a side and convince people why it is the side that they should be on. Get personal with the audience, and tell them a true story and how it made you feel.

The constitution though, says nothing about it.
It has a rule about rights for privacy which is a pro for abortion, but again this is against the rights of a child... but what is a "human" where does it start? 

I am not very good at these topics, but this is surely a good example...
