I'm not seeing my notes exactly like the answers but I am seeing similar things, I'm thinking that it was A not so much B (or at least not in my notes) and D Blacks were allowed to vote just a bit ago from the 1960s and C isn't really true because they were already being treated equally (sort of) in the North and not at all in the South. Hope this helped! :D
