what is this "FAST" motif here tonight?
Its a timed test most likely.
They need answers fast before time runs out.
yeah i am about to delete all questions with the word "fast" in them final warning
Probably trying to get all their remaining homework and tests before the end of the semester.
wait what???
And all the stuff they are behind in and need to get out of the way to pass the class..
Mathematics can not be rushed.
Satellite is probably in a deleting spree lol
Very true @skullpatrol
@satellite73 can you help me real quick?
no
I gave someone every step but the answer and they still couldnt solve, no point in asking for answers if you do not know how to do it and will just bomb the test anyways
two gone faster than a speeding whatever
It just seems like the closer it comes to finals time, the more people are inclined to cheat,
Maybe this post should be deleted as well, as it has "fast" in the question area c; Haha Just Kidding cx
^^ Exactly
I don't think you are allowed to delete your questions just because you please to do so! This is against the code of conduct. i don't know what you want .. the record with no, or almost no questions but I am totally against this..... jk
Very True @Jhannybean
^^ Exactly was at @Jhannybean 's but then I also agreed with @camerondoherty so I was like oh well lol
The shortest solutions are the fastest, but they take more time to understand.
True ^^
can u guys support me on my singing career FAST http://openstudy.com/study#/updates/547fbb18e4b03e22bc891fef
Smh dan.
:>
Direct Answers + Medal & Answer + Help Fast = Cheaters
So am I a cheater? @camerondoherty jk lol
What I absolutely dislike is when I am typing something up in LaTeX explaining how to derive the answer, and someone else comes in, posts the answer, and gets a medal for it.
What about the word "Need" Need Help!! lol
So true @Jhannybean
I hate it when i post a tutorial and someone posts good job and they get a medal..
Like my New OS tutorial 2 people got medals in it..
You make too many tutorials. Lmao.
I've only made like 4-5
I feel like I am in a Literature class again. motif lol
while i am on a rant, how about this question to confuse a poor unsuspecting student
That^ is nasty -_-
But it does "teach" careful reading. @satellite73
give em the wrong answer. That will teach them to not trust answers given without understanding the justification
i know right? can you imagine if you were confused anyway, manage to get the correct answer, say oh, it is D, but in D and get it wrong? this is not education, it is trickery
careful reading is a good excuse, but the student gets is wrong and has no idea why
Giving the the wrong answer is mathematically unethical
we are not doing mathematics when we are asking for answers
p.s. I would never do that, I just thought it was funny
I know pal, everybody wants the answer...but nobody wants to THINK
That's why I always begin with "Any ideas?"
Nobody wants to think.. So true...
Thinking is hard work.
I just realized how little I know about log functions.
Students need to be taught how to use their thinking energy efficiently.
