i have noticed that most of OS mods are males , and there is only 3 are females (idk if there is more :P ) so how that could be even possible :O , why males always have the priority in such "positions " :P just saying

Currently there is a ratio of three males to every one female user. Among the moderators and administrators a ratio close to this exists. There are more male moderators than female due to there are more male users than female users. It is not injustice, its reality.

Males can handle modship, while females can't. Males are usually mature and sensible, whereas females tend to be immature sometimes and so do males. But they does not mean that we are worth nothing. Its all dependant on the admins to decide who gets to become a mod and who doesn't. They look at quite a lot of things to determine if you are eligible to become one.

It's about even when you compare the active mods (male) to the inactive (female). The co-founder and CEO (Preetha) is female.

To answer your question, there is no favortism going on within OpenStudy. The ratio of male to female moderators is simply by happenstance. I'm sure I could quote statistics about genders on her, but that's not the point I am trying to get across. I am demonstrating that, yes, we have a larger portion of male moderators, but we have an equally large portion of female moderators. (Considering those active v. inactive).

This sort of late night stuff has been common last week and flowing into this week. Not that I want to stay up into the wee hours of the morning writing research papers or anything, but I had so much going on in the day that I had no time for my papers that piled up!

And yes, I am really unmotivated about writing. Like it takes waiting until the day before where the pressure to get it completed builds before I actually get to my writing assignments. It really isn't a great quality to have though, as I'm getting that impression right now. heh.

The clock runs so fast. We are so slow. Don't remind of my highschool essays. I remember me sitting on the couch for hours trying to get something done. I understand a university is more work.
