Solve for x. 2x2 - 4x = 0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i guessing 2X2 is multiplying?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1. Multiply 2 X 2 2. remember what you do to one side, you do to the other. 3.add 4 to each side ( you get the four from multiplying) 4. you do this to leave the x all by itself. 5. since it is -4x after you cancel out the four to the other side youll make it a negative. 6.divide each side by -4 and youll get your answer :)
