Is the following relation a function? x y 1 -2 1 -3 2 1 3 -2

OpenStudy (kidthatbro8):

In order for a relation to be a function, the x values may not have a different y value twice. for example: -3, 2 -3, 4 this is not a function ^ so what do you think ?
