I guess you should go for it in more of a 'Fun Tone' .. I guess that is what you can call it? Instead of saying, "This isnt math put it in English please", you can put, "Hello there! I see that this question is in the wrong subject. You would get better help if you posted this in the (correct subject here and link to the subject) here. Make sure you are in the right subject before you post your question!" Instead of saying, "One question per post please", you can say "Posting many questions on one thread (or post) can get confusing, so why don't you post one question per thread? Thanks!" Instead of saying, "No medal parties please", you can say, "Medal parties are not allowed on OpenStudy. You should earn your medals by helping other users with their problems :)" Some people don't know they are breaking the rules, so you should explain how they are, or explain how thy can solve the issue
